Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

- All refunds and exchanges must be processed within 28 days of purchase.

- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is exempt from our returns policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

- Personalised products are exempt from this policy. Wigan Athletic Football Club does not accept any responsibility for players leaving or changing their squad number.  Personalisation is ordered at the customers risk.  Statutory rights remain unaffected.

- All items must be in a sellable condition with tags and a valid receipt. Please return all items to the below address. Items without a receipt may be exchanged at the management's discretion.

- All Returns/Exchanges should be sent to "Latics Store, The Brick Community Stadium, Loire Drive, Wigan, WN5 0UZ

We also offer a number of ONLINE EXCLUSIVE items, these items are made to order and are dispatched by a 3rd party supplier. You must allow extra time for delivery on these items. We can offer refunds/exchanges on these items providing they are NOT personalised with the customers names. If you have an 'online exclusive' item with NO personal personalisation on it and you would like a refund/ exchange please contact [email protected] and we will be able to sort this for you.
