We also offer a number of ONLINE EXCLUSIVE items, these items are made to order and are dispatched by a 3rd party supplier. You must allow extra time for delivery on these items. We can offer refunds/exchanges on these items providing they are NOT personalised with the customers names. If you have an 'online exclusive' item with NO personal personalisation on it and you would like a refund/ exchange please contact [email protected] and we will be able to sort this for you.

You can send any returns to "Latics Store, The Brick Community Stadium, Loire Drive, Wigan, WN5 0UZ" and must include a short note explaining  the reason for your return/ exchange. 

We can swap an 'online exclusive' item for an item in the store, if you would prefer this you can bring the item into store or alternatively you can post it to us. 

If you would like to swap the item for another online exclusive item, there will be a second delivery charge which we will contact you to arrange payment. This is due to there being an extra charge to the club as it is coming from a 3rd party. If your item is faulty you will not incur the second charge, but the item must be deemed faulty by the supplier before we arrange the new item to be sent out.
