How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, domestic orders are fulfilled the same day if ordered before 12pm and delivered within 1-3 business days, while some postcodes in Scotland and Northern Ireland may take slightly longer.
International orders can take between 7-14 days to arrive dependent on the country. You can find more specific information about shipping times in the product description or during the

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. During the checkout process, you can select your country from the list of available shipping destinations. However, please note that some restrictions may apply to certain products based on regional regulations.
Further, orders to some countries may incur additional customs fees which must be paid by the recipient and are not covered by the post and packaging cost.
What is your return policy?
All refunds and exchanges must be processed within 28 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is exempt from our returns policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Personalised products are exempt from this policy. Wigan Athletic Football Club does not accept any responsibility for players leaving or changing their squad number. Personalisation is ordered at the customer’s risk. Statutory rights remain unaffected. All items must be in a resalable condition with tags and a valid receipt. Please return all items to the below address. Items without a receipt may be exchanged at the management's discretion.

Can I track my order?
