Delivery Costs

WE NOW CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

UK Orders - We exclusively work with DHL and Yodel to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

Yodel Delivery - £4.95 

This delivery option can take between 3-5 working days orders must be placed before 2pm to leave the same day. Please allow extra delivery time over the weekends, bank holiday and  busy times (kit launches/Christmas) during the store.

DHL Express Delivery - £6.95
DHL (Next Day delivery on orders placed before 2pm weekdays. Applies to most UK postcodes). Weekends & Bank Holidays are not included in the above estimated delivery time.

International Orders - Orders dispatched via DHL. Please note, all international parcels may be subject to additional customs charges (country dependent) which must be paid by the recipient.

European £15.95 - allow 10 working days
Rest of World £24.95 - allow 14 working days

Tracking numbers will be found in your account and on despatch email. Please visit www.dhl.com to track your item.

Returns

All refunds and exchanges must be processed within 28 days of purchase. All items must be in a resalable condition with tags and a valid proof of purchase.
Personalised products are exempt from this policy. Wigan Athletic Football Club does not accept any responsibility for players leaving or changing their squad number. Personalisation is ordered at the customers risk. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is exempt from this policy and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
