- All C&C orders are processed and made ready for collection at the Latics Store.

- You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect, please check your junk/spam inbox

- We usually aim to have your order ready to collect within 24 hours of your purchase

- Collection is available:

• Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
• Saturday (non-matchday): 10am - 3pm
• Matchday: 10am - Kick Off & 30mins after FT

 UK Orders 

- Standard Shipping - £4.95 - Yodel (Please allow 3-5 working days)

- DHL Express Delivery - £7.95 - DHL (Next Day delivery on orders placed before 2pm weekdays. Applies to most UK postcodes.)

- Orders over £100 are entitled to free DHL Next Day postage.

- Weekends & Bank Holidays are not included in the above estimated delivery time.

Online Exclusives

Items marked as online exclusive may not be available in-store. These products are shipped from an external supplier. Orders placed for other items may be sent separately to this item. Please allow additional delivery time for purchases of this item. Next day delivery may not apply.

Orders dispatched via DHL.  Please note, all international parcels may be subject to additional customs charges (country dependent) which must be paid by the recipient.

- European £15.95 - Allow 10 working days

- Rest of World £24.95 - Allow 14 working days

Returns & Exchanges

- All refunds and exchanges must be processed within 28 days of purchase.

- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is exempt from our returns policy and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

- Personalised products are exempt from this policy. Wigan Athletic Football Club does not accept any responsibility for players leaving or changing their squad number.  Personalisation is ordered at the customers risk.  Statutory rights remain unaffected.

- All items must be in a sellable condition with tags and a valid receipt. Please return all items to the below address. Items without a receipt may be exchanged at the management's discretion.
